Colorado, Utah and Wyoming

Judy McCullough, is a cow/calf rancher from Moorcroft, Wyoming. She was raised on a ranch at Oshoto, WY, and is a graduate of the University of Wyoming. Judy and her husband raised 5 children on the Empire Ranch at Moorcroft.

She was involved with the Ag Committee for Powder River Resource Council and the Western Organization of Resource Councils and then she helped start R-CALF USA and served on the Animal ID committee. When it became apparent that a state affiliate was needed for Wyoming, she along with two other ladies started up the Independent Cattlemen of Wyoming (ICOW) as an R-CALF affiliate.

Judy is still ranching at Moorcroft with the help of her daughter, Ginger Gerstner and son-in-law Justin Gerstner and is active in fighting for competitive markets for cattle and her country’s freedoms. She is a director for ICOW and is active in the Republican party.
