Confessions of An E.Coli Terrorist by John Munsell October 2011

On Tuesday, October 11, attorney Bill Marler’s Food Safety News website published Part 1 of a 9-Part series I’ve written entitled “Confessions of an E.coli Terrorist”.  The series discusses USDA behavior at my plant in 2002, then discusses systemic problems in USDA’s meat non-inspection policies which exist to this day.

Food Safety News will issued the remaining 8 parts on 8 consecutive days, starting October 12 and finishing October 19th.
