“R-CALF USA is prohibited from participating in, or intervening in any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.
“Consequently, R-CALF USA does not endorse any political candidate.
“R-CALF USA does, however, provide information regarding the organization’s public policy positions to the general public and political candidates are free to use that information at their discretion.”
