Stacey Weldon White

Stacey Weldon White grew up in Cuero, Texas, in DeWitt County, as the proud daughter of a schoolteacher and a cattle rancher. She attended Texas A&M University, where she earned a master’s degree in accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant.

White spent her first seven years out of college in the corporate world, working at Arthur Andersen and Enron. Then she started her most rewarding job of all—being a mother. White has been married to her high school sweetheart, Russell, for 28 years. They have three daughters: Stacey Lane, Constance, and Emma.

White has served on several boards, including the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), National Charity League Inc., National Charity League Yellow Rose Chapter, and Neighborhood Women’s League. She is also a director for the family ranching business, Weldon Stacey Blake Corporation (WSB). White currently serves as vice president of WSB alongside her father, brother, sister, cousin, husband, cousin-in-law, and nephew—the ranch is a true family love affair!

White’s love of ranching and her desire to preserve the independent cattleman’s way of life stem from her father, Stayton C. Weldon. He has been a member of R-CALF USA since the very beginning. Carrying the torch for him into the future is a great honor!
