Kenny Fox

Animal ID Committee Chair

Kenny Fox and his wife, Roxie, ranch near Belvidere, South Dakota. He has been a dedicated founding member of R-CALF USA, serving on numerous committees and boards and as chair of the R-CALF USA Animal Identification Committee for several years. In that role, he was instrumental in helping dismantle the proposed National Animal Identification System program and has continued to actively participate in animal ID policy discussions in South Dakota and across the country.  

 He has testified before several U.S. House and Senate committees on behalf of R-CALF USA and the South Dakota Stockgrowers Association. 

Fox was president of the South Dakota Stockgrowers Association from 2009 to 2011 and has served on the association’s board of directors.   

He and Roxie own and operate their family ranch in western South Dakota with the help of their three grown sons and their grandchildren. They are active in a number of community and church organizations.
