Landmark Angus – Greg Todd\, of Brunswick\, will donate a heifer calf to be auctioned off. Past Atkinson calf donors Bob Mitchell\, of Atkinson; Ehlers Ranch – Matt Ehlers\, of Amelia; and Mark Lemmer\, of Atkinson\, have pledged donations to the fundraiser. \nR-CALF USA President Brett Kenzy will be at the event to speak to area producers. Kenzy represents members in North Dakota\, South Dakota\, and Nebraska. \nRollover auctions are fundraising events put on by R-CALF USA volunteers to raise money for the organization. Those who wish to support the efforts of R-CALF USA can bid on the animal\, then donate it back so it can be auctioned off again and again\, until bidding ceases. After the last rollover bid\, the animal will be sold to the highest bidder with proceeds going to R-CALF USA. \nR-CALF USA is set apart from all other national cattle associations because it relies 100% on membership dues and donations to carry out its mission to ensure the continued profitability and independence of United States cattle and sheep producers.
