R-CALF USA member Wayne Savig of Fosston\, Minnesota\, will donate an open black heifer calf that will be auctioned off with all proceeds going to R-CALF USA. Hot Barn Report host Monte James will broadcast live from Tri-County Stockyards during the event. \nR-CALF USA Vice President and Region VII Director Eric Nelson\, of Moville\, Iowa\, will be present to give a brief update and speak with producers. Region VII is comprised of Minnesota\, Iowa and Wisconsin. \nRollover auctions are fundraising events put on by R-CALF USA volunteers to raise money for the organization. Those who wish to support the efforts of R-CALF USA can bid on the animal and then donate it back so it can be auctioned off again and again until bidding ceases. After the last rollover bid\, the animal will be sold to the highest bidder. \nR-CALF USA is set apart from all other national cattle associations because it relies solely on membership dues and donations to carry out its mission to ensure the continued profitability and independence of United States cattle and sheep producers.
