                                    (Each Association to present an option:  3-minute time limit for each participant)

12:00 p.m.                   Lunch on Own

                                     During lunch, the orally presented alternatives will be
                                     reduced into written form

1:00 p.m.                    Open Discussion on Strengths and Weakness of Each Alternative Presented

Open Discussion on Likelihood of Achieving Each Alternative Presented

3:00 p.m.                    Agreement/Consensus on Whether to Drop any Alternative(s) from Further Discussion

3:30 p.m.                    Open Discussion to Further Explore Remaining Alternatives

                                    Open Discussion to Determine What Must Be Done for Each Remaining Alternative to Be Viable and Accepted

4:45 p.m.                    Comments from Each Participant on What the Industry Should Do With the Information Developed Throughout the Day
